Our Mission

To forge the future-ready workforce by providing comprehensive, hands-on training in electric vehicle technology and infrastructure, empowering individuals to thrive in the clean energy economy.

We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality career training that leads to stable, well-paying jobs in growing industries. Through our innovative programs, we're building the skilled workforce that America needs to lead the global transition to electric transportation.

Our Vision

A future where every community has access to skilled EV technicians and charging infrastructure specialists, accelerating the adoption of clean transportation nationwide.

We envision a world where the transition to electric vehicles creates thousands of good-paying jobs for American workers, strengthening our economy while protecting our environment for future generations.

Our Story

ChargeUpTalent was founded as a subsidiary of Forge Core, LLC, with a clear mission: to address the growing skills gap in the electric vehicle industry while creating pathways to economic prosperity for American workers.

As the EV market exploded from 2020-2025, industry leaders identified a critical shortage of qualified technicians and infrastructure specialists. Traditional educational institutions weren't adapting quickly enough to meet this demand, leaving thousands of job openings unfilled and slowing the pace of EV adoption.

Our founders recognized this opportunity to make a meaningful impact. By creating focused, intensive training programs that combine theoretical knowledge with extensive hands-on experience, we're preparing graduates for immediate employment in high-demand roles.

Today, ChargeUpTalent partners with leading employers across the country to ensure our curriculum stays current with industry needs and our graduates have clear pathways to career success.
